Our charge is to, at \u2018any time\u2019 investigate \u2018any matter\u2019 and we have primary jurisdiction over whistleblower protections. Meeting with a whistleblower with knowledge of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn\u2019s attempts to lift sanctions to help launch a Russian nuclear venture in the Middle East is within our committee\u2019s purview and its responsibility.
