While we dont know the precise details of his cooperation, there have been a number of reports on the Special Counsel looking into the Presidents potential efforts to obstruct justice, including through firing former FBI Director Comey after he purportedly refused the Presidents request of letting Flynn go.\nThe President's touting of a potential pardon to an adverse witness approaches obstruction of justice.
