I will keep fighting every attempt to interfere with Americans\u2019 right to vote. The Postal Service should deliver ballots, not decide who gets to vote.\u201d\n\nCongressman Krishnamoorthi has led efforts to challenge the Trump Administration\u2019s restrictions on mail voting, repeatedly pressing USPS to comply with federal court orders finding that Congress never gave the Postal Service authority to determine which voters receive mail ballots. Yesterday, he renewed his call for Postmaster General David Steiner to resign after USPS finalized its election-mail rule despite a court order barring him from completing that rulemaking.
