Ra\u00fal Labrador (R-ID) voted for a Continuing Resolution (C.R.) today that would keep the government open past September 30, while delaying ObamaCare for one year and repealing the medical device tax.\u00a0 The C.R. now moves to the Senate, which must pass it in order to avoid a government shutdown.
