Lacy Clay (D) Missouri\nWASHINGTON, DC \nLast week's decision by the Supreme Court affirms the constitutional mandate that every person in America counts, and every person deserves to be counted.\nThe high court's rejection of the Trump Administration's deceptive and deceitful attempt to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census affirms that Secretary Ross lied to the court, lied to Congress and lied to the American people. He should resign.\nThe Trump Administration's attempt to add a citizenship question had absolutely nothing to do with enforcing the Voting Rights Act.
