Nehal's project, the \"Timeline of the Universe\" was completed while taking classes from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.\n\n\u201cI am pleased to announce that Nehal Tangudu from Normal Community High School has won this year\u2019s Congressional App Challenge for the 18th District of Illinois,\u201d stated Rep. LaHood. \u201cNot only did Nehal display exceptional coding and technical skills in his application, but Nehal's innovative design in the Timeline of the Universe went above and beyond expectations.\"\n\n\u201cThis year\u2019s Challenge brought a variety of applicants from across central and west-central Illinois, and it was the most competitive competition we\u2019ve had over the last four years.
