Not only is the BLM's new rule redundant and duplicitous, it is anti-American energy. An increase in natural gas production has allowed our country to become more energy independent and has reduced our greenhouse gas emissions. It makes no sense for the BLM to attempt to place further restrictions on a clean, dependable, and important source of energy for the American people. \nEvery option available under the Congressional Review Act should be utilized in order to undue this last minute regulatory overreach by the Obama Administration.
