He issued this statement:\u00a0 \r\n\"Colorado's best interests are always at the forefront of my mind. That's why this legislation is important for our state: it delists certain protected species while protecting the reliability of water and power operations. H.R. 4465 is a bipartisan bill that will improve the cost effectiveness of the San Juan and Upper Colorado Fish Recovery Programs. Mr. Andrew Colosimo, Government and Corporate Affairs Manager for Colorado Springs Utilities, which provides services to approximate 470,000 Colorado citizens, testified in support of the bill.
