Congressman Lawler\u2019s Interest & Legislative Effectiveness Scores of 191.9 for the policy area of civil rights rated as the highest score of any Member of Congress across 21 unique policy areas.\n\nIn its announcement, the Center for Effective Lawmaking stated: \u201cOur analysis found that Representative Lawler ranked as the most effective Republican House Member in the policy area of Civil Rights in the last Congress. This is in addition to our previous analysis showing him as one of the most effective Republican House Members in the last Congress overall, as well as the most effective freshman lawmaker in the entire House.
