On behalf of the Ninth Congressional District of California Congresswoman Barbara Lee (CA-9) submitted the following requests for funding in the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill.\r\nAlameda-Contra Costa Transit District\r\n \r\n    AC Transit service area Line NL for environmental review, preliminary engineering, and final design for corridor improvements from Oakland to San Francisco via Grand-MacArthur Bay Bridge in Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $3 million.\r\n    Construct real-time transit upgrades to AC Transit's communications systems in Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $5 million.\r\n    Construct facilities upgrades to make use of alternative energy sources, reduce unnecessary energy use and reduce harmful emissions and effluents to protect the environment at AC Transit facilities in Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $5 million.\r\n \r\nAlameda County Congestion Management Agency\r\n \r\n    Project development including environmental and preliminary engineering for the I-80 / Gilman Interchange project in north Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $5 million.\r\n    Conduct planning, environmental review, preliminary design, engineering and construction for the eastbound I-80 Integrated Corridor Management project in west Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, CA. Amount requested: $15 million.\r\n    Prepare preliminary design, conduct the environmental review and right of way acquisition for the I-880 Park Street Triangle area improvements in the City of Oakland, CA. Amount requested: $5 million.\r\n \r\nAlameda County Public Works Agency\r\n \r\n    Acquire Right of Way and Construction, Crow Canyon Road, Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $10 million.\r\n    Construct Pedestrian Facilities in Unincorporated Areas of Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $6 million.\r\n    Design, Conduct Environmental Review, Acquire Right-of-Way, and Construct East Lewelling Blvd Streetscape Improvements in Unincorporated Alameda County, CA. Amount requested: $10 million\r\n \r\nAlameda County Transit Improvement Authority\r\n \r\n    East Bay Greenway Project: Finalize environmental review, prepare final design, and acquire right-of-way in Alameda County, CA.
