The latest executive overreach from the President\u2019s administration has been more overbearing and unfair regulations from the EPA. Their new, harsh rule stifles job creation and threatens our economy.\u00a0  For example, under the EPA\u2019s regulations, electrical utility companies in my district will have to spend large amounts of money to meet the new bureaucratic requirements. Unfortunately, much of this cost would be passed on to their consumers, harming working families and seniors in Kansas.\u00a0  That\u2019s why we are voting to strengthen our energy security, infrastructure and promote job growth by stopping harmful regulations.
