The people of North Texas are very concerned by reports of structural vulnerabilities in the Dam and the disastrous consequences that could result from its failure. Moving forward, I call on the Corps of Engineers to be completely open with the people of North Texas about the extent of the Dams structural deficiencies and the progress of repair efforts.
