Louisville\u2019s consent decree was finalized 42 days ago.\n\n\u201cThe Trump Administration is clearing the way to strike down Louisville's consent decree, a decision that will make all Louisvillians less safe. Our community has spent almost four years having difficult conversations and doing the hard work to reach an agreement that will take our city forward and help restore the community\u2019s trust in the police department. Striking down Louisville's consent decree would be a major step back in our fight for racial justice and would be deeply frustrating to our entire community,\u201d said Rep.
