This bipartisan legislation would require the Small Business Administration (SBA) to submit a report to Congress on challenges faced by entrepreneurs with disabilities. The report will include an assessment of these entrepreneurs\u2019 challenges and needs, detail what resources SBA currently provides to entrepreneurs with disabilities, and recommend legislative action to improve how SBA serves entrepreneurs with disabilities.\n\n\u201cMany Americans still face barriers when starting and running their own businesses,\u201d said Rep. McGarvey. \u201cPeople with disabilities make up just six percent of our country\u2019s small business owners \u2013 we need to change that.
