McGarvey. \u201cI love working alongside Rep. Jim Bunning of Kentucky.\n\nRepresentative McGarvey\u2019s resolution declares September 2024 \u201cNational Bourbon Heritage Month\u201d and reaffirms bourbon\u2019s place as America\u2019s only native spirit.
