McGuire\u2019s House floor remarks in support of the NDAA here.\n\nThe Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026:\n\nFundamentally reforms defense acquisition \u2013 streamlining the process, cutting through red tape, and getting our warfighters what they need when they need it.\n\nSupports the Trump Administration\u2019s budget request for a 3.8% pay raise for all servicemembers and improves housing, education, and access to childcare for military families.\n\nInvests in the capabilities needed to maintain a strong U.S. posture.
