The bills are as follows:\n\nH.R. 7294, AI for Secure Networks Act (Menendez and Pfluger)\n\nThe AI For Secure Networks Act strengthens the cybersecurity of America\u2019s communications networks by promoting the responsible use of artificial intelligence while addressing the risks posed by its misuse.\n\n\u201cAs our communications networks face growing threats, we must advance forward thinking solutions to protect the communications, emergency services, critical infrastructure, and financial systems Americans depend on,\u201d said Congressman Menendez. \u201cOur legislation promotes the responsible use of AI while confronting the growing risks posed by its exploitation, including the potential for more sophisticated cyberattacks on the communications systems Americans rely on every day.
