Luke Messer (IN-06) today voted in favor of a bipartisan House Resolution requiring all House members and staff to complete mandatory anti-harassment training during each session of Congress.\r\n          share:\r\n          f \r\n          t \r\n        \r\n      \r\n      WASHINGTON, D.C. (Wednesday, Nov.\u00a0 29, 2017) \u2014 U.S. Rep.
