(Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017) \u2014 U.S. Rep. Luke Messer (IN-06) today voted in favor of legislation he co-sponsored that protects the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners across state lines.\r\n          share:\r\n          f \r\n          t \r\n        \r\n      \r\n      WASHINGTON, D.C. (Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017) \u2014 U.S. Rep.
