As a result, the Commonwealth imposed a $2,736 and $2,249 lien respectively on her property, along with a $94 filing fee.\n\nRep. Meuser said, \u201cOne could say the Biden family is either one of privilege or carelessness. Ashley Biden has an estimated net worth of nearly $2 million, and she can\u2019t even find the time to pay $5,000 of her Pennsylvania taxes. So, therefore, the Commonwealth has a lien on her property, meaning PA is a priority creditor and must be paid before Ashley can make any substantial financial transaction. It should be noted that a lien is imposed as an action of last resort after repeated attempts to collect the payment have gone unanswered and an extended period of time has passed. At best it\u2019s sad, at worst it\u2019s unlawful. At best it\u2019s sad, at worst it\u2019s unlawful. Tax payment compliance in Pennsylvania is not difficult, and in Ashley Biden\u2019s case, she has the means to pay her taxes.
