The court unanimously reversed the 9th Circuit Courts Decision on the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule which will define the limits of EPA authority and federal jurisdiction when regulating private U.S. lands and water resources under the Clean Water Act.\n\n\u201cThe Environment Protection Agency continues to fight a losing battle \u2013 unnecessary government regulation on private lands and waters,\" said Congresswoman Miller. \"The Biden Administration should heed this warning from the Supreme Court and withdraw their overbearing WOTUS rule.
