The companies' plans come after liberal activist groups pressured the credit card companies to create new designations for gun purchases.\n\n\u201cThis new classification of gun purchases is a dangerous breach of the privacy Americans expect when they buy something from a business. Liberal activists are already planning to use this new information to report their fellow citizens to law enforcement for the very act of exercising their Second Amendment right to own firearms. What other purchases will these credit card companies report to liberal activists next?
