This ruling sends us down a dangerous path, where a few large corporations can control access to something Americans and small business owners rely on every single day. It takes power out of the hands of consumers and helps big businesses. We lost the battle today, but we didn’t give up without a fight. And, the fight goes on tomorrow. If we can’t convince President Trump’s FCC that a free and open internet is a right, not a privilege, then we need to take back the Congress and pass a law to make it so.”
To learn more about Congressman Seth Moulton visit https://moulton.house.gov or connect with him on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Medium.
###", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at
url
https://moulton.house.gov/legislative-center/jobs-and-the-economy/free-open-internet-standard-not-something-fight/
