We\u2019ll never stop fighting to vindicate our Constitution and put a stop to this administration\u2019s efforts to disenfranchise American citizens. No party, and certainly no president, is above the rule of law.\u201d\n\nNeguse led more than 250 current and former Members of Congress, Republicans and Democrats, in filing an amicus brief challenging the legality of President Donald Trump\u2019s efforts to impose new restrictions on mail-in ballots ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
