Democrats broke healthcare, plain and simple. The Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act reforms the system Democrats broke by providing better options for American workers and families, boosting competition, and increasing transparency to lower healthcare costs for every American.\n\n\u201cJust seven percent of Americans are on Obamacare.
