The attack on the protestors was also an attack on the First Amendment protections for freedom of speech and peaceful assembly.\n\nI urge you to bar any Azerbaijani official who attacked or ordered the attack of the protestors from reentering the United States if they have already left the country and to expel any that remain in the country. I also urge you to follow traditional State Department practice and request a waiver of immunity from Azerbaijan for those connected to the attack if a prosecutor would otherwise prosecute.\n\nI request a written response to this letter by March 9, 2026.\n\nSincerely,\n\nEleanor Holmes Norton\n\n###", 1, "2026-04-04T05:28:40Z", "2026-04-04T05:30:10Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://norton.house.gov/media/press-releases/norton-calls-rubio-expel-and-bar-reentry-azerbaijani-officials-involved"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.2444118037819862, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
