Nunn\u2019s office continues to set a high standard for constituent engagement. Since the beginning of the year, the office has responded to nearly 342,000 letters, emails, phone calls, and other constituent inquiries \u2014 an increase of 32 percent over the same period last year and a 56 percent increase compared to 2023.\n\nThe Congressional Management Foundation\u2019s Democracy Awards are its signature program to recognize excellence in the day-to-day operations of congressional offices, highlighting outstanding constituent service and office management rather than legislative accomplishments.
