O'Halleran. Not only are these calls frustrating, but many are scams designed to prey on seniors and vulnerable populations.\nThe TRACED Act requires voice service providers to develop call authentication technologies, creates real penalties for dialers, and holds the FCC accountable by requiring them to enforce these policies and do their part to protect American families.\nWe cannot stand by while robocallers scam Americans out of out their hard-earned dollars and private information, continued O'Halleran.
