MMI is the nation\u2019s oldest Military Junior College and one of only four authorized to host the Army ROTC Early Commissioning Program (ECP). The scholarship provides tuition and fees for the two-year program. After completing MMI, cadets commission as Second Lieutenants in the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard.\n\n\u201cJohn\u2019s decision to serve his country speaks to the strength of character and commitment we\u2019re proud to see in students in Alabama\u2019s Sixth District,\u201d said Rep.
