We need to move in a different direction, which means working together in a bipartisan manner for reforms that reduce costs, improve quality, protect the doctor-patient relationship, and ensure access and choice for individuals, employees, and families.\u201d\r\n\r\n\t\u00a0\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tThe Star Tribune reported yesterday that Minnesota health plans are expected to see considerable premium increases this fall, with the majority of proposals above 50 percent and one nearly as high as 70 percent.
