While the Congresswoman originally intended to present it to the family during the 2024 Liberty Day ceremony, the event's cancellation due to inclement weather led to her presenting it to the Williams' family this week.\n\nThe presentation ceremony honored Mr. Williams' tireless efforts in organizing and promoting Liberty Day and D.
