Mark Pocan (WI-02) is pleased to announce the nomination of exemplary students from Wisconsin\u2019s 2nd Congressional District to the Class of 2021 at the United States Service Academies.\n\n\u201cI am proud and honored to nominate these outstanding young men and women as candidates to our nation\u2019s service academies.\u201d said Rep. Pocan. \u201cAll of these students have exhibited commendable academic achievement and perseverance to earn these nominations. They will surely become successful leaders, representing Wisconsin and our nation with virtue.\u201d\n\nRep. Pocan assembled a board of volunteers comprised of community leaders, as well as active and retired service members from south central Wisconsin, to assist with the evaluation of the applicants from the 2nd Congressional District. After the completion of the application process, the nomination board recommended the following students, who were then nominated by Rep. Pocan to the service academy classes of 2021.
