Unfortunately, inequities in access to broadband increase the digital divide -- preventing our most at-risk students from taking full advantage of new technologies and learning tools, and hindering their success in the modern workforce.\n\u201cChairman Wheeler\u2019s proposal addresses the critical need to expand broadband to reach more schools and libraries.
