Kennedy, Jr. and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz calling for an immediate end to the sharing of Medicaid enrollee data with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).\n\nDespite a federal preliminary injunction limiting data transfers, CMS continues to share private data belonging to millions of enrollees\u2014including U.S. citizens and lawful residents\u2014beyond court-approved limits.
