These same companies spend millions of dollars researching new ways to improve healthcare for our country and the entire world,\u201d said Congressman Rokita. \u00a0\u201cElimination of this excise tax means helping Hoosiers keep their jobs, and it also means the door for medical innovation remains open.\u201d\nThe Medical Device Excise Tax was created to support Obamacare, however Obamacare has already failed. This tax does not have a tangible benefit.
