We need to continue to work in a bipartisan manner to establish a process that prevents sexual harassment and holds all lawmakers accountable for their actions, regardless of their gender, their seniority, or partisan politics.\u201d\nBACKGROUND: The Congressional Accountability and Hush Fund Elimination Act would prevent taxpayer money from being used to settle sexual harassment and assault claims. This legislation would also protect victims and empower them to speak out.\u00a0\nCongresswoman Rosen also co-sponsored legislation to mandate sexual harassment training for all Members of Congress and their staff.
