Read morehere.\n Dr. Ruiz's Bills Pass House to Support Seniors and Efforts at the Salton Sea\nI am also pleased to report that the House passed my bill to strengthen access to Medicare coverage for seniors and my legislation to strengthen federal, state, and local partnerships at the Salton Sea. I'm working to get these bills signed into law.\n My bill, the Beneficiary Enrollment Notification and Eligibility Simplification (BENES) Act, passed the House with broad, bipartisan support and will help seniors navigate the Medicare Part B enrollment process and avoid enrollment penalties.
