Grant funds will be used to support jobs, increase community awareness through education and outreach, plan for restoration projects in priority watersheds, enhance management of Marine Protected Areas, monitor the health of the Marianas' coral reefs, and to support student internships in natural resource management agencies. Appropriated by Congress annually, Coral Reef Conservation Program funding helps protect, restore, and conserve our nation's coral reefs.
