CNMI has been  \n\tconducting assessments and tent installations throughout Saipan. This program is an expansion  \n\tof the CNMI Tenting Program to include Saipan and Tinian with greater outreach and the  \n\tinclusion of potential roofing repair.\nThe TETRIS program will use technical specialists, FEMA funding, and manpower from our  \n\tstate and military partners. All four branches of our military family are represented. FEMA and  \n\tthe Commonwealth will reimburse our military for their expenses.\nHere are some important facts about the emergency temporary roofing program:\n The roofing program will be available to damaged homes identified during recent and ongoing damage assessments.\n\tSingle-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes may be eligible for the roofing component of the program. Apartment complexes and businesses will not be eligible for this program.\n\tBuildings must be structurally sound so approved emergency work can be made safely and will provide suitable shelter.\n\tQuestions pertaining to this mission can be directed to CNMI and FEMA specialists who will be available to answer questions and help program participants. Their contact information will be provided to program participants via a flyer and/or business card.\n\tOur state and military partners are providing the labor to install the roofing and some of the tent installations as local contractors and volunteers are in short supply on the islands.\n\tAll impacted CNMI residents may be eligible for these programs regardless of citizenship.\n For questions related to this program:\nSaipan residents may call (670) 323-0029  \n\tTinian resident may call (670) 433-1803", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://sablan.house.gov/press-release/temporary-emergency-tent-and-roofing-installation-support-tetris-program"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.8724660146981478, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
