Grand Rapids Rapid-Line Inc. will receive $248,282 to install a solar photovoltaic system and implement compressed air measures. LightCorp in Grand Haven was awarded $262,600 to remove skylights and upgrade its roof insulation. Both investments will help Rapid\u2013Line and LightCorp lower their energy bills, slash emissions, and improve operations.\n\n\u201cWest Michigan is a manufacturing powerhouse, and these investments will help our region move towards a cleaner future,\u201d said Scholten. \u201cGreen energy is the way of the future, and I\u2019m so proud to have played a role in securing these investments.
