For three years, the American people were promised a working, affordable and dependable health care system. Instead, it\u2019s been a long-list of delays and broken promises.\n\n\u201cHow many more Americans will have to lose their coverage before the President concedes that Washington and government are simply incapable of acting as the nation\u2019s health care administrator?
