Terri Sewell (AL-07) reminded graduating seniors in Alabama\u2019s 7th Congressional District that they have four days left to apply for a nomination to a United States military service academy.\n\n\u201cThere is no greater act of patriotism than choosing to serve as part of our nation\u2019s armed services, and I encourage all graduating seniors to consider pursuing an education at one of our United States military service academies,\u201d continued Sewell. \u201cAttending a military service academy will not only jumpstart your career in the military, but it will also offer an invaluable opportunity to develop your leadership and interpersonal skills.\u201d\n\n\u201cMaking these appointments is one of my most satisfying duties as a Member of Congress,\u201d continued Sewell. \u201cBe sure to submit your application by November 18th!\u201d\n\nTo be considered for an appointment to a military service academy, an applicant must meet the eligibility requirements established by law and be legally domiciled within the boundaries of Alabama's 7th Congressional District. Students must complete a nomination application, which can be found on Rep. Sewell's website here.\n\nSubmissions must be received by Rep.
