Sen. Donnelly and Rep. Sewell wagered on the BCS National Championship game that featured a highly anticipated matchup between Alabama and Notre Dame. Alabama won the game with a resounding 42-14 victory to claim its third national title in four years. Sen. Donnelly was a good sport and upheld his end of the wager as he wore an Alabama tie and delivered South Bend Company Chocolates to Rep. Sewell and her staff.\n\t\n\t\t\" I am thrilled that the Crimson Tide became the first ever back-to-back National Champions of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) era, said Rep. Sewell. Both teams should be applauded for their successful seasons.
