The discussion focused on how local veterans use the VA system, where it is working, and where Congress can help improve service and access.\n\n\u201cWayne County veterans served this country, and they\u2019ve earned care that is timely, reliable, and close to home,\u201d said Rep. Shreve. \u201cThis roundtable was about listening directly to the men and women who use the VA system. Their experience matters, and it will help guide my work in Congress as we keep pressing for better care and stronger support for Hoosier veterans.\u201d\n\nIn Congress, Rep. Shreve has supported legislation to strengthen veterans\u2019 benefits and health care.
