That is disgraceful and unacceptable,\u201d\u00a0Sinema said to Smith.\r\n\r\n\tSinema also highlighted the increasing need to pass her Senior Safe Act, bipartisan legislation that ensures financial institutions have the regulatory flexibility needed to report suspected instances of financial abuse of seniors.
