This report shows an unacceptable lack of progress.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\u201cThe Phoenix VA needs stable, competent leadership to change its culture and address these problems once and for all. If they cannot find this kind of leadership within the VA, it\u2019s time to look elsewhere. We cannot wait any longer.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\u201cThe VA cannot continue to sweep these problems under the rug.\u00a0 That\u2019s why I passed legislation in the House of Representatives to require the VA to address problems identified by the VAOIG and ensure individual managers are held accountable if issues remain unresolved.
