Victoria Spartz (IN-05) announced the 2024 Congressional Art Competition. Started in 1982 by the U.S. House of Representatives, this annual competition highlights high school students' artistic works from across the country.\n\n\u201cIndiana's Fifth District is filled with many young, talented artists, and I'm looking forward to seeing all the creative submissions in this year's Congressional Art Competition,\u201d said Rep.
