This bill will help create thousands of good-paying jobs for New Mexicans while building the infrastructure of the 21st-century,\u201d said Rep. Stansbury. \u201cI was honored to visit with the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters. I grew up in the trades and a union family\u2014and I know the importance unions play in keeping our workers safe and ensuring our union workers get paid a living wage, have benefits, and can take care of their families.
