The Line 3 replacement project will create thousands of jobs in our communities and will continue to deliver low-cost energy to Americans. Thanks to this Project Labor Agreement between LiUNA of Minnesota and North Dakota, the United Association of Plumber and Pipefitters, the International Union of Operating Engineers, Teamsters International, and Enbridge, these jobs will be filled by hardworking Minnesotans with the strongest labor protections in the world. Good paying union jobs are vital to Minnesota's success, so I am thankful to our labor partners and this company for making this commitment and I look forward to beginning construction on this replacement pipeline soon.\"", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-06-27T23:45:33Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://stauber.house.gov/media/press-releases/stauber-applauds-agreement-hire-local-labor-line-3-replacement-project"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.701541943475604, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
