Funding for this project will repair and refurbish the City of Buhl\u2019s aging and deteriorating water storage system. Yet water infrastructure in our rural communities across America is aging, limited in capacity, and deteriorating. If we do not repair and expand these systems, we will risk the safety and health of the public.\n\nIn Congress, I refuse to let Washington forget small town America. Through my advocacy, I was able to highlight the importance of projects, like the one in Buhl, and bring tax dollars back home for my constituents. I will always fight to secure funding for my district.\u201d\n\nBackground:", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-07T21:36:13Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://stauber.house.gov/media/press-releases/stauber-secures-over-3-million-water-project-buhl"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.0594832710921764, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
